The most important benefit that any company can offer its employees is the desire of management to provide staff with the greatest possible opportunity set while stabilizing economic business cycles.  At EverTech we are committed to providing our employees with the best tools and equipment to empower our staff.

EverTech Corporation offers a comprehensive benefit package to regular full-time employees and qualifying part-time employees.  There is a mandatory six month probation period before you can reach full-time status.  Once you have attained a qualifying status you are entitled to the following benefits.

First, we offer a comprehensive medical plan that includes you and your family if this coverage is not already being provided by your spouse.  The company pays 50% of your medical coverage with $10 office visit and prescription drug plan.  The benefit is provided by one of the largest providers in the state and also includes a non-referral provision to see medical specialist directly.  The remaining 50% amount is an employee deduction in the form of a cafeteria plan B that allows you to make your co-payments with tax free dollars. 

Second, we offer a 401K employee savings plan that offers a choice of 25 different mutual funds with telephone transfer and internet transfer services.  EverTech's 401K plan is managed by one of the largest and most successful plan providers.  We also contract out with a third party actuarial firm to provide employees with guidance and advice. Your contribution limit is 15% of your earnings and company matches 50% of your first 10% of contributions.  This matching accounts vests over a five year period. In addition, the company on occasion has offered a third contribution fund as a profit sharing pool when business objectives are met by a majority of EverTech employees.

Third, we extent manufacturer's sales incentive programs to all of our participating employees.  Typically, to qualify for these benefits you must meet manufacturer and EverTech certifications.  There are significant incremental dollars available to those that embrace our sponsorship programs.
