EverTech Employment Evaluation Process

Chosing the right employer or employee is serious business. In today's competitive and volatile business environment it is extremely important to determine the right relationships for the mutual success of both parties. EverTech has invested significant resources to formulate an extensive human resource exercise that has been streamlined to assist our applicants and ourselves in determining qualified selection and efficient screening of applicants. We have combined best practices with electronic enablement to extend the reach of our human resource activities. This process is the first of many that enables our employees to be high performers.

 

  1. Applicant submits credentials, recommendations and/or resume in response to job posting.
  2. EverTech forwards you a job application document for applicant to complete. You must fax in the signature page.
  3. EverTech evaluates returned information and determines if you are suitable for skills testing.
  4. Applicant is provided with skills testing based on the position being applied for.
  5. Telephone interview is conducted upon passing of skills testing.
  6. References are verified and additional information may be requested by EverTech.
  7. If the results and information are verified in accordance with our standards a personal interview is granted.
  8. Upon a successful interview, applicant will be entitled to a draft copy of EverTech's Employee Handbook for their review.
  9. A psychological and secondardy skill test is administered at EverTech approximately 90 minutes.
  10. EverTech and Applicant negotiate a draft employment relationship.
  11. Physical examination will be scheduled at the expense of EverTech.
