EverTech has a long term lease with a related company Automated Properties, Inc. Our location at 180 South Street is in a well kept two story office condominium built in 1985. Automated Properties, purchased condominium units in this building on its initial offering in 1985 and has expanded its presence to the entire first floor. The building is in excellent shape, well landscaped, with ample parking and a technology infrastructure that is state of the art. Actually, we derived the name Automated Properties because of our early vision in understanding that the new generation of commercial real estate would have to support a high tech environment. Video conferencing, and multimedia conference rooms are just two aspects of our facility.
