Hosting

Hosting you are not expected to babysit

Three tiers on one platform. Pick the line where you want to stop thinking about infrastructure, and we take it from there — including moving you off whatever you are on now.

Plans

What we run for you

We have quoted per engagement since 1985 and have no intention of stopping — a business with four sites and a business with four hundred users are not the same customer. Tell us the shape and you get a number the same week.

Platform

What is underneath

Nothing exotic. The value is that it is sized honestly, watched constantly, and run by the same people who pick up the phone.

Sizing

N+1, before anyone lands on it

Capacity is provisioned with a spare node in every cluster. Losing one is a logged event, not an incident, and it does not put you in a queue behind other tenants.

Storage

NVMe, replicated, snapshotted

Fast local storage with replication across hosts and scheduled snapshots. Snapshots are restore-tested rather than assumed, and we publish the result to you.

Network

Multiple carriers, SD-WAN edge

More than one route out. The same SD-WAN work we do for client sites runs at our own edge, so a single carrier fault is not a single point of failure.

Watching

Monitored to a staffed desk

Alerts route to people, around the clock. You should hear about a problem from us first — that is the standard we hold ourselves to.

Migration

Moving you is our job, not yours

A migration is four stages in order, and the order is the point. Most of the pain in a bad move comes from skipping the first one.

  1. 01

    Audit

We inventory what you are running now: sites, applications, mailboxes, DNS, certificates, cron jobs, and the undocumented thing that turns out to be load-bearing.

  2. 02

    Stage

Everything is stood up on our platform and tested against your real traffic patterns while your current host stays live. You get a URL to check it yourself.

  3. 03

    Cut over

DNS moves out of hours, at a time you pick. TTLs are lowered in advance so the switch takes minutes, and we stay online through it.

  4. 04

    Hold

Your old environment stays available for two weeks. If anything is missing we find it while there is still somewhere to find it.

Send us your current bill.

We will tell you what we would change, what we would leave alone, and what it would cost — before you commit to anything.
